Professor Nshuti Manasseh is a Professor of Finance. He holds a PhD in Finance from Aberdeen University (UK), a Masters of Business Administration in Accounting from Aberdeen University (UK) and a Bachelor of Commerce (Hons.) from Makerere University (UG).
He is the founder of the University of Kigali (Rwanda). Professor Nshuti was Minister of Commerce, Industry, Cooperatives, and Tourism, a Minister of Finance and Finally, a Minister of Public Service and Labour of the Republic of Rwanda. He has over 23 years of University lecturing and Administrative experience gained from high standards universities such as Strathmore University Nairobi, (14 years), The Catholic University of East-Africa, Nairobi, Kenya (where he was first a Dean of Faculty of Commerce and Deputy Vice-Chancellor Academic (7 years), and finally Aberdeen University (2 years).
