Leave No Refugee Behind

The international community's current approach to migration relies mainly on humanitarian aid, but a great part of refugees spent years or decades in exile, and now a permanent solution is necessary to address new cycles of poverty and fragility. Above all, the countries can't continue to ignore so much economic potential: the migrants are a rich source of human capital, but we are still giving them only a passive role, leaving them waiting for humanitarian aid. A change in this sense could reduce the cost of aid and reject the economic exclusion of a large number of people.
