Educational Challenge

A primary challenge for the Academy is to form new global leaders to whom "strong thinking" and solid rules of conduct will be transmitted. The Academy fosters a new model of formation for managers which brings together in one integral ethical pathway various aspects of individual work, business structures and institutional arrangements.

Learning in Practice

The on-going profound moral and economic crisis has shown an urgent need for a decided and courageous investment in education, research and business practice in order to enable future generations to build a better future.
The Academy organizes courses of higher formation for managers to indicate principles and values which should steer personal development and talents as well as guide decision-making processes and experiences in the professional life.

 

brochure_formazioneThe Academy aims to develop an integral approach to social and economic sciences, focusing especially on such issues as financial regulation, economic growth and sustainable development in collaboration with prestigious universities and research centers.
The underlying assumption of this new integral approach is that the anthropological question is the core of any scientific or cultural approach.
The Academy has developed a new formation method for the executive class that puts together in one integral ethical pathway different aspects of business management, labor and politics.
