Valerio De LucaValerio De Luca is professor of Law and International Economics at the Pontifical University "Regina Apostolorum" and Teaching and Research Coordinator at the Institute of Social and Economic Ethic "Fidelis" of Rome. He completed his economic and legal studies at Harvard University (1996), University of California, Los Angeles (1997) and University of California, Berkeley (1998). He was Faculty Research Fellow of the Information Society Project, at Yale Law School (2000-2001) and he is currently Visiting Fellow at London School of Economics and Political Science, Law Department. Prof. De Luca is founder and Chairman of the International Academy for Social and Economic Development, based in Rome, Brussels and Luxemburg.
He gave presentations in various international conferences and published books and articles in the area of Private Law, International Law and Economics, Competition Law and Financial Regulation.
